Boomerang furnished Conifer Realty’s community property across five distinct spaces, selecting commercial-grade furniture that balanced durability, comfort, and genuine warmth throughout every room.

Community Room
The heart of the project. We furnished the community room as a fully realized gathering space — square café-style tables and upholstered dining chairs for resident meals and organized events, modern lounge sofas and matching upholstered chairs for relaxed everyday conversation, and a round coffee table with small wood accent and end tables to anchor the lounge area. A long, narrow console table adds surface space without crowding the room.

The finishing touches are what make the space feel genuinely lived-in: an area rug that warms the floor, potted plants that bring life to every corner, large framed abstract artworks that give the room visual personality, and curtains that soften the light and make the space feel residential rather than institutional. Every detail was chosen to ensure residents feel welcomed — not processed.

Outdoor Community Patio
The outdoor space was built to be used, not just admired. Commercial-grade square dining tables with wood-look slat tops seat four each, paired with coordinating chairs that hold up through every season. Large blue market umbrellas shade the space during Florida’s warmest months. Outdoor cushioned lounge seating invites residents to stay longer, and industrial outdoor trash containers keep the space clean and maintained — because a community patio only works if it stays a place people want to be.

Private & Executive Offices
Staff spaces were furnished with the same level of care as resident-facing areas. Executive desks, mesh ergonomic task chairs, upholstered guest chairs, and wood-finish lateral file cabinets give Conifer’s on-site team a professional, organized environment to manage the daily demands of community operations.

Welcoming Entrance
First impressions shape how residents and visitors feel about a community from the moment they arrive. A sleek black metal console table, potted plants, and a framed abstract art piece turn what could be a plain entryway into a deliberate welcome — signaling from the very first step inside that this is a space someone actually cared about designing.

Community Laundry Facility
Even the laundry room received attention. Framed abstract artwork transforms a purely functional space into something a little more human — a small detail that communicates a larger philosophy: no corner of this community should feel like it was forgotten.
